At approx. 12:10am MT , attempted to log-on to my account and instead got this error message page instead ;
"Oops!
This page is down or unavailable for maintenance. Click below to return to My Account page. "
And when ya click as instructed it just repeats the error page message !

Anyone experience this 'error' in the past or maybe also present ?
I did try search using, 'Account access', but did not see anything pop up.

I just tried logging in to My Account a few minutes ago (2:40 AM Eastern Time, or 12:40 Mountain Time) and was successful. I didn't encounter the same error message as you did.
Perhaps you can try clearing the cookies and cache from your Internet browser, OR try using a different browser altogether, and see if you can access the My Account website.
Edit: Adding time stamped (2:49 AM ET) screenshot showing I had no issues accessing My Account website.

Yes the website is down for maintenance so try login in the morning. Hopefully it will be finished by then.
