Accidentally chose wrong plan

I paid 35$ for the 1gb unlimited texting and calling plan and meant to be on the 60$ plan for 8.5gb with autopay. We got hit with a hurricane here in Nova Scotia and have no power so I used all the data in 1 dat, and am not able to contact you guys to change it so I bought another fb which is fine, and then another fb for a total of 95$ in 1 day. I am hoping you guys can switch me out of courtesy. My account is under the same email as the one I am contacting you from on here. Aswell as the same name

One more note do you travel in the U.S. a lot? If not you don't need that plan but the $50 Plan all the same benefits without the extra U,S. Roaming options. You can always change to that plan if you are planning an upcoming trip. Maybe this will save you $10 for awhile til you need that plan.

That is very unfortunate...next time you have an issue access the community immediately to ask or look for solutions to your problem. We could have helped in your immediate needs and then contacted the moderators for redress. You could have changed your plan immediately to the $40 Plan and received 5gb of data rather than purchasing the expensive data add ons. Just remember we are here to help you. Hopefully if you are a new customer you will have benefited from the flash sale.

You will need to contact the moderators.  Not sure how you selected such a plan when you wanted the other one.  I am not sure why you didn't do an immediate plan change to the correct plan when you were purchasing data add-ons.
