Wonder if Developers can make a way to access Public Mobile Portal to purchase more data while you're out of Data LTE.

@Ionut, I wouldn't hold my breath for that. Unfortunately you will have to find wifi or a computer for that transaction.

@Ionut Data add-ons are there for exactly what you are asking.

"200MB for $10 and 1GB for $30. Any unused data will roll over to your next cycle."

I realised that you meant to state that there should be a way to access self-serve while no data available. Unfortunately, you can't without wifi access. But if you have an active line, you can call 611 to purchase the data add-ons as well.
