hi @Buhda 

if you already using 2 different email addresses for the 2 accounts and just cannot login 2nd account, it could be a browser cache problem.  Try using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser

With Public mobile, each phone number should have its own separate account and different email address?  Does your second number have its own email address?
