My husband's account is now in my name; I get in with the eversafe ID but can't see any way to get into the account
@HRH what do you mean your husband's account in now in your name? Do you each have a public mobile phone number? Each account needs its own unique email to be registered to eversafe and My Account. If you are only able to get into one account, maybe try to use the "Forgot your email" option to get into the 2nd account.
Or, if you know the 2 different emails, use the "Forgot you password" option. Using different browsers for each account may help, or an incognito mode tab. Although, I sign into different accounts okay, once I got them set up.
