My husband's account is now in my name; I get in with the eversafe ID but can't see any way to get into the account

@HRH what do you mean your husband's account in now in your name? Do you each have a public mobile phone number? Each account needs its own unique email to be registered to eversafe and My Account. If you are only able to get into one account, maybe try to use the "Forgot your email" option to get into the 2nd account.
Or, if you know the 2 different emails, use the "Forgot you password" option. Using different browsers for each account may help, or an incognito mode tab. Although, I sign into different accounts okay, once I got them set up.

@HRH If your trying the website and it’s not working maybe try signing in on the new PM app instead see if that gives you better luck

Thanks, I only see the page with the url https://publicmobile.ca/en/on/ and when I click on my account it goes to the same page again and wonèt keep the region change. I have rebooted but still the same problem. I get into the community but nothing else.

@HRH You should be able to sign in and manage the account using the email and password associated with the phone number
Adding the ever safe ID is what’s used to sign into your my account .
