When entering email address and password, I receive an error that either my email address is incorrect or my password is not valid. I tried resetting my password, but then the system did not recognize my email address. I then tried to create a new account but the system indicated that the phone number used to open the account was already on file.

Hi!
Remember when accessing your account for My Account
The password and username are different than the Community login!
I remember thinking the same thing. You can always try and reset your password as well to the My Account, just remember.
My account is an email and password
Community is a username and password.

Sounds like you are using wrong email
Did you misspell it during activation
If you can guess spelling of it you could still log in
Maybe you used your alternative email. It doesn't have to be same as your community email. Many people use aliases too

@RogerRaiche , please look through your email records for a welcome email from Public Mobile when the account was first set up. That will provide you with the actual email used in the account set up. Email alias is allowed, so you will be able to find the exact syntax if you can locate the welcome email.

hi if you can't remember your password or it is not working contact a moderator you can do so by clicking the chat bubble at the lower right corner,to avoid going around in circles with Simon say that you want a human to speak to, a ticket will then be generated briefly mention your issue password reset
