Hi,
I have three accounts for my 3 kids, under three different email accounts.
One of the accounts stopped working, and I can't login. When I try to retrieve the password, I get an error message.
Any ideas?

Hi @Amiraviram
Try reconnecting under an Incognito mode, after clearing cache and cookies.
Failing that, try again in about an hour to allow the potential lock-out to possibly open things up for you.
