Accessing Another Business Lines Message Manager on my phone

I'm trying to answer a business message manager with another phone provider. I've been using the 1-888-576-0033 for message manager and adding my 10 digit code.  (as public mobile do not recognize the 310# for message manager) I've been doing this for months.  Yesterday, it's telling me it's a mismatch.  Cannot access.  I asked another volunteer to try it.  They can access it no problem.

that is Bell Alliant voice mail number?  You can try the French one 1-888-576-1133

or you can try some workarounds, download a VoIP app like Fongo to TextNow and make the call using the app.
