I have been unable to log in via the app for several days, I can access my account via a browser
I have reinstalled the PM app several times but am still unable to log in.

Thanks, I tried that and it still won't work, I input my log on credentials and it just returns to main screen and just appears to freeze

Have you tried clearing the cache and data info from the app also?
Go to the Public Mobile App, click on storage and see if that will help.
Then uninstall and reinstall again.
