I ported my number from koodo prepaid and my sim still has the temporary number showing . Will it always be that way or is there a way to get it to display my current number ? Thanks in advance for any suggestions

hi @BrianThompson to port from Koodo Prepaid, you need to get a temporary number during activation and then submit ticket with PM support and ask them to manually port the number for you, you done that?
if not, submit ticket now. if you already asked, then message them again for update (call center closed now, they will reply tomorrow)
please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
