Did you received an email from PM after activation?
If no, you may have typing mistake on your email address. Send a private message to moderator for help. Moderator wait time is up to 2 days.

If you activate your PM plan in-store, you need to create your self-serve account manually.
If you activate your PM plan online, your self-serve is already created. Check you spelling and try to login again.
