I replied 'YES' to a new plan (15gb of data, 40$ a month) and the auto reply said that it would be applied to my next plan renewal. That happened today and my plan wasn't updated. Anyone else know how to solve this? It would be nice to get the plan I opted in for!

@TimaJ it could be just a browser cache issue
Login again using Incognito mode and check if the correct new plan shows. Also check Payment history page to confirm if PM took the correct plan charge

@TimaJ Check again using incognito mode on your browser.. it will be there.. cached pages are a problem here
