You will need a US ROAMING add-on if you want to use your phone IN the United States. Roaming add-ons are only for the US and expire on midnight eastern time on day 10 after you buy it.

If you're going to USA, you'll need the 10 day, US Roaming Add-on. Then you can call Canada or USA while in USA.

No, you will need a roaming add-on to use your Public Mobile service while in the U.S.
