I purchased 3 plans last Sunday and have yet to receive our Sim cards. This site will not let me caht with a live agent. It keeps giving me an error on the PC and only a blank screen on my iPhone. What is up? I'm worrying I made a bad choice switching from TELUS.

I wish I had know this . I do have my other provider until the 17th, but need these cards soon.

Sim card delivery from PM online could be as many as 3 weeks
However, since it has been over 5 business days, you can open ticket with PM support to confirm if they got the order and if the sim card is on the way. They might offer to resend you another one or ask you to buy one form local Telus/Koodo/MobileKlink store and reimburse you the extra cost

An agent will reply at the envelope icon top right or tap your avatar for Messages if no envelope.
Delivery of sim cards from PM can be slow, from a few days to 3 weeks or so. The agent may suggest you buy them at a corporate Telus/Koodo store if you don't want to wait. Mine only took a week.
