My experience is that they usually respond within an hour or two.
But always within 24 hours. Did you have a pressing issue to resolve?

Staff hours is from 9:00am to 10:00pm EST.
Depending on how busy they are. They may take up to 4 hours to message you back within their work hours.

@Sylvain17 They usually reply in 1-2 hours sometimes longer , but If you have already submit a ticket with support , you need to keep an eye on your community inbox for their reply
