ACCOUNT ACTIVE BUT NOT WORKING...NEED URGENT HELP

Hi, I was on the $57 package and I got a msg that its been reduced to $52. I just paid the bill and now I cant do anything with my PM phone. It says when I log into my account that my Account Status is ACTIVE and my next payment date is Sept 27th however, I cant make/receive calls/msgs and I dont know what to do. It is so urgent to me and Id really appreciate help....

I assume it's unlocked or with Koodo or Telus.

what type of phone is it just got curious and from what provider is it from

Have you tried resetting your network setttings or restarting your phone?
