Hi, I was on the $57 package and I got a msg that its been reduced to $52. I just paid the bill and now I cant do anything with my PM phone. It says when I log into my account that my Account Status is ACTIVE and my next payment date is Sept 27th however, I cant make/receive calls/msgs and I dont know what to do. It is so urgent to me and Id really appreciate help....

Have you tried resetting your network setttings or restarting your phone?
