Hello,
A friend ordered a SIM card online but entered a wrong shipping address. His current address is different from his billing address, but he put them as the same. Is there any way to correct the info of the order?

If the shipment has already been given to Canada Post, Public Mobile wouldn't be able to do anything. It would be then up to your friend to retrieve it from the otehr person at the other address (if they know each other). If everyone involved does know each other, I would ask the person who received the shipment to put a new label on the envelope and apply a postage stamp to mail it again to you.

How long ago did you place the order, time is a factor, need to change address, before its shipped.

@Zhuoyu If the moderators can't change the "ship to", hope he can retrieve it from his billing address; or have it forwarded.

@Zhuoyu get your friend to create a community account. And give your friend this private message link to contact the moderators directly and change the shipping address.
