When renewing $102 for 195gb plan. Why in plan details description not showing 1000 minutes long distance included.

maybe just browser cache, please use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account to confirm again

If same,  please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".

@Zulfi  Check if it shows the mins in your add on section main page of your account ( overview) page

Adding @Zulfi  check your payment page see if it mentions it there or if you go change subscription it should say in your “current plan”  description
