Hello, i first activated my phone a little over a week ago, I activated the 90 day 12+6gb, Canada wide calling and texting plan at 240$. Now today my phone is not working, I can't send texts, calls, and my data isn't working either. Self serve and 611 both say that my plan is expired but how can a 90 day plan expire after not even 2 weeks? I need my phone working, I spent 240$ for a working plan and now it's not working.
