if you really want to cancel the service, you can login My Account and disable the Autopay.

Just click on Chatbot and type in Submit a Ticket for an agent to help you.
PM is a prepaid service so no refund but if you just joined PM then agents will review.

@C28392991 This community is only customers, not Public Mobile customer service. So we have no way of knowing what is ridiculous or what your order or problem is or cancel your order. If you can't open a service ticket at the chat icon bottom right of this page then send support a private message using this link
