Toady is the 1st day of my plan change and I am getting an error message 7b1. I have unlimited minutes. I can receive calls and text but cannot call out. I have turned the phone off and back on. No change.

Try resetting network connections and removing and reinserting SIM card (if you're using a physical SIM)

@justin83 Can you test the SIM card in another phone and test ? You can also get support to refresh your account might be all you need

Yes, today is the first day of my new plan. I have power cycled the phone but it did not work.

HI @justin83 you had a plan change? we saw some many issues after a plan change is made
But try to reboot the phone first, it heped my friend with similar problem after a plan change
