Still being told 'you do not have a long distance plan'. I cannot use my phone. This company is completely failing. Better Business Bureau called, hopefully they can spark something.
And stop telling me to restart my phone, or that maybe I moved. Nothing has changed, I had service for 3 months, and then all calls suddenly blocked. I thought mods were supposed to improve things, not start cancelling services...
