Hi,

I bought a new subscription 5 days ago but it doesn't show up on my app as my subscription. I need this to be fixed so that I can have service.

OK. So you changed plans. Did you choose NOW or at renewal? If it didn't change over right away, then it sounds like you picked "change at renewal" which is good cause you don't lose money.

So you signed up online or on the app? You need the app to finish the process. Did the money come out of your credit card? Did you get a phone number? If so, just don't post it here as these are open forums and anyone can see. If you place the SIM card in your phone, does it have SOS or....   more details would be awesome.
