Hi there,
both my husband and I ported our numbers and signed with public mobile over a week ago..we still cannot receive calls..our phones go to our old bell voice mail...and we are having issues with texting as well...emailed public mobile a week ago still no response...contacted bell they said our numbers were still showig active and public mobile had no yet ported them..not pleased at the moment..

Mine took like 45 minutes max for each of the 3 I did but some aren't so lucky. Reading on here there are people waiting 10-11 days and others around a week. Have you tagged a Mod @Saray_O like I just did so no need to do it again for them to see this

This has been a common issue with ports being stuck in the middle. The best thing to do is to use your old SIM again until this is fixed and PM will set your renewal date 90 days form when your lines are successfully ported and fully functioning. I know it isn't the best solution but this way you won't miss any calls or texts.
