I feel like they would respond faster if you hit up public mobiles social media. They don't want to ruin their name out in the public so if they see your concern on their Facebook page they would respond much faster. BTW I'm just using logic and I have no proof this is right.

The mods are a joke here. I ordered two sim cards and they shipped on the 7th, still haven't arrived. They ignore PM's and tags. It's very sad.
