5gb add-on promo

Is this 5gb just a one-time add-on or do we get 5gb bonus every month? I know an add-on should be every month but that seems too good to be true with a $25 per month plan

If you signed up on a >=$25 ready made plan on May 25-26 then you should have received it by now.

It had to be a ready made plan, not a build your own >=$25.

If that's all right then you'll need to contact the @Moderator_Team < Click this.

Edit: since you already have data in your plan, do you not see both lower down on your overview page? Or at least one line mentioning data?

Hi @Kho0404 When did you sign up? If it is over this weekend, please note the 5GB data is for people who purchased the SIM card online.. so Walmart purchase and activation won't qualify.

PM add-ons are a one time purchase or bonus until fully consumed not a monthly addition to your plan

The original post for the promo says that it's a "one-time" bonus.

"On June 1st,  customers that purchase a SIM card online before 11:59PM ET will gain access to an exclusive offer of a one-time bonus 5GB of data."
