I got this message: Please disregard this message if you have enough funds in your balance or are on AutoPay. Your account has been suspended. Make a payment to reactive your current plan.Suspended accounts are deactivated after 90 days of non-payment and you will lose your phone number and service.
But it never pulled money from my card and I can't pay because it doesn't give me an amount I owe. It just says Plan suspended.
Help please. This is absurd.

I'm also having the same issue. I've been on autopay for over a year, and my plan was just suspended because it says I didn't have funds available. I could make a manual payment, but I wouldn't be recieving my autopay reward. A little help would be great.

Odd, it didn't show on the mobile website. Only on the desktop version. Either way it still didn't work.

So I just checked my account as well and there is definitely an issue here @CS_Agent
My account is due for AutoPay renewal Tomorrow and shows the following with Amount Due as Blank.
There might be an AutoPay IT issue going on (again!)
Available Funds: $30.00
Amount Due:
Payment Due Date: Jul 27, 2018

@bbqpeanut, I forgot to mention in my earlier post, the amount due is found on the top of the overview page. The cost there does not factor in rewards. If you go to the rewards tab, you will see costs with rewards factored in.

@bbqpeanut, do nothing until your service doesn't work. You haven't stated if your service is actually working or not.

I've been on auto-pay for a year and my credit card is still valid.
