5g speed is very slow

Hi

i recently experienced very slow data. I had 4g and switched to 5g network. Still very slow. Some time can’t connect. Can you please help?

I have also had this problem as of recent, and find that my data runs out despite the majority of my usage spent waiting for things to load.

I prefer leaving my phone on LTE. I find 5G doesn't do well indoors, and often gets slower speed than the 4G/LTE network. And even if you have a 5G plan, you'll still get improved speeds on the 4G network.

Sounds like network problems in your area. See if any outages are occurring and move the map around.
