@Jha There are two 5G plans with $10 off per 30 days on a 90 day cycle, and one 4G plan with $5 off per 30 days on a 90 day cycle.

IS the 90 day contract still available with $5 discount every month? There was no option for me. Its only the $45 per month. Thanks

The $45 plan is for existing customers. I just went into my app to try to change to it, and it was letting me proceed. As for the $40 plan, it's a special acquisition offer which is common with TV, internet, and phone providers. Many of us have legacy rewards that exceed that anyway, so we're still better off. Not all of us of course, but for those that could do better as a new customer you can port out and right back in again.

You have to log into "My Account", select "subscriptions", "change subscriptions" and the plan will show as available to current customers.

@soxsoxs - it is quite common for telecommunication companies to offer promos to current non subscribers, that is how they attract new customers. It is even more 'uneven' in the internet and tv business for existing and new customers.
I show the $45 (40GB) plan in My Account available to switch to.

@soxsoxs Yes you are right, when I click on it it says new activations only also. You might want to query that with customer service. There was another issue where one of the plans shows up online but not in the app.
PM might argue that you do get reward and loyalty points which new customers don't have until they've been here a while but I don't know that anyone on the forum can answer your question as to why since we're all just customers too, you would have to take that to customer service.

If you click on it as if to purchase it says new subscriptions only. Still doesn't answer why they offer new customers a better deal than the existing loyal customer.

@soxsoxs Only the $40 says for new activations only as far as I can see. All the other plans are for existing customers. You can also get 50GB of data on an unlimited plan for $45 if you go for 90 days on the $55 plan.
