Hello there, is there any chance that I can redeem the 5GB one time gift that was given to me, it wasn't applied on my account. Thank you.

@jenalynapostol   are you talking about the Christmas bonus from December?  if so, there is only a one time 2GB data + 500 mins LD minutes.  That is the only one time data bonus I can find.  I don't see any 5GB one time bonus data from 2022 at all

There were one or two 5GB data from 2 or 3 years ago, but if you missed that, you missed that

But again, we are all just customers here, so, if you have a recent promotion from somewhere and didn't get added to your account properly, you can try to open ticket with PM support and ask
