I upgraded to the $40 plan with 50% Off for 2 years in the app.
It said completed, and I hit continue. It then said I had no plan and that payment didn't go through and my account had no plan.
I re made the purchase with the promo still displaying, however was charged full price and the promo seems unapproved.
Help is appreciated!

the recent 50% off Promo roll-out has been messy for many. It could be you get charged $40 for initial activation but get $20 credited to your account for subsequent renewals.
