Will the charge automatically be removed within 30 days of moving the SIM card from the old phone to the new compatible phone? .... or do we need to let them know of the equipment change?
it will, but it usually takes 30 days after changing the phone for the system to drop the charge. It is better to open a ticket with PM after you changed the phone so they can confirm and remove the charge manually
