5 GB bonus and free month

I followed the directions and registered my email address. I then activated my line the 5g bonus or free month does not show up on my account. Please help

In the case of two activations I've been involved with, this is what happens:

1. the bonus data add-on is applied within 8-10 days after activation date,
2. the 'free month' is applied as a credit equal to the plan amount a few days prior to the 1st renewal date (or about 27-28 days following the initial activation date)

Your second month (30 day cycle) is free. You will receive the data within 30 days from activation.

1. Eligible customers will be credited the 30-day rate plan amount within 30 days of activating. These credits will count towards your next plan renewal.
2. Eligible customers will be credited the add-on bonus within 30 days of activating if applicable.
