4th day - Number is still not ported completly - . No response from any private messages.

Incoming calls no t working.

I don't know what to do. I ported two numbers , first one has still issues as above , the second one was done day later and was ported within 30min.

No response from moderators. Anybody can help?

I understand you're not happy with things not going smoothly.  If you make a request that Public pay for your old service, you're probably going to be informed that they're unable to do that.

 

But if you reword it such that you request that they credit you for the time that Public service wasn't working, I'm sure they'd be able to add a prorated amount of the $120 to your balance so that the credit can be used for your next Public billing cycle.  Perhaps, they would even be able to make adjustments to your account so that the $120 plan only takes effect once it does start working properly.  That way, you'd only be paying for the 1 service over those 5 days.

In same boat, I guess they are getting way too many people signing up. Just happy that my old sim did not stop working 🙂

I'm in the same situation. Port issue going on 7 days now with no resolution in sight. I've done everyting...private messages to mod, used their suppport form on the web, twitter. Service is really bad at this point from my perspective.

To be honest my wife's card hasn't been ported so far since sat/sun 1am but mine was done within 45 minutes.

I just activated my SIM card and ported my old cell number from Bell.  I can make a outgoing call but I cannot receievd any phone call. How long do i need to wait until the porting is complete

Sometimes it takes a few hours for it to be fully ported. But if you are still having trouble, you can pm one of the mods. @Mary_M
