Thank you. I communicated with agent and they told me that because I am an existing customer wishing to upgrade that I qualified for the update and is was completed same day.

that is a plan for new activation only. However, some customers tried to talk to CS agent and some were lucky that agent will give them plans like that. check with agent, please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:
