I need help, I up graded to the 8gb 4g plan for oct.15 but my account is still showing the old 3g plan although I was charged for the 4g. Does anyone know when my account will be updated?

It could be just a site cache issue and you were not showing the latest info
Try to use Incognito mode to login to My Account again and see if you see the new plan you picked
Also check Payment history to confirm PM took the correct amount for the new plan
