I need help, I up graded to the 8gb 4g plan for oct.15 but my account is still showing the old 3g plan although I was charged for the 4g. Does anyone know when my account will be updated?
I need to cancel my account at the end of July. My self service has never worked, Which had been ok. I have been on the 90 day plan which ends on July 31. What is the best way to do this?
