Same issue with my wife's phone so it is not an phone issue both are I-phone XR

What was the error?
Reboot phone and Reset Network Settings
If it still does not connect, go into network mode and change it to 3G first. Wait 5 min and change it to 4G or LTE
You should also try your sim card on another phone to confirm it is not a device problem
If you need PM to check and reset the account, Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

What are you currently connected to? If it's LTE, it's the same thing.
