Hello Community,
I have just recently moved to Public Mobile about two weeks ago. I have the 3G network plan with a bonus of 2GB of data. My plan is the $45/month 5GB plus 2GB/of bonus data.
My question is, If I move to the 4G LTE plan does the bonus 2GB data get removed from my account?

@MatthewV I know they are offering it to new customers ask a cs agent if they will add it if you change your plan

Thank you for letting me know. Do you know if you can re-add the bonus data or is it a one time add for your account?

@MatthewV hi no if you change to a new 4g plan you will lose that bonus 2 gigs
