Hey - I ordered a sim a few days ago from PM but I can't activate and choose a plan until I get the SIM. The promo ends today for boxing week....how do I still get the promo when my sim arrives?

I can't know for sure if this plan will be available after today, but I will mention that this plans was available long before any menion of it being a Boxing Day offer.

hi @Yetimonster there is a chance PM agent will honour the promo if you provide them proof you bought the sim card and just waiting for it to be shipped. aat least one. customer confirmed thatm. So, try to open ticket with CS agent as advised by @dabr

@Yetimonster Submit a ticket via chatbot and explain the situation to customer support and ask that they honour the promo since the SIM card will not arrive in time for you to take advantage of it.
Otherwise, try an official Koodo/Telus store (phone ahead though) if you have one close by as they carry PM SIMs too.
