404 Error When I login to MyAccount

As said in the title, I receive a 404 error when I try to log into MyAccount. The issue has persisted for 2 days now.

@tirddm   there was another post about this 404 error earlier today

 

I logged couple times today myself and have been working, so, it is not a system wide issue but likely just account related

 

 

Try to use Incognito mode to login once more and see if it works

 

if that still does not work, you will need to engage PM support and see what's wrong with your profile there

 

Open ticket using Method 1 if you know the 4 digits PIN to use for validation , or use Method 2 if not

1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): click this  Chatbot Ticket Link 

Then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" to open the ticket submission page
Next, enter your Community login, then enter your question.  Finally use My Account login or 4 digits PIN to validate.

2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
