Hello. This is my first post. I am so excited to have a Public Mobile Account. My friend set it up for me yesterday. And everything worked great as we both now see the Black Friday credits the next morning. I see the description of my international minutes says, Do Not Use, in payment records. Do not use? Why?

That sounds like an errant note. If the minutes are showing in the overview properly, then it should all be good.

Did you buy the 400 minutes of International Calling Add-on for $15 ? Log into My Account / Data and Add-ons to see if it's on your account.
Yes! The first picture is a clip of my account transactions and the second is from my over view of my account

Did you buy the 400 minutes of International Calling Add-on for $15 ? Log into My Account / Data and Add-ons to see if it's on your account.
