400 International calling to China

Hi, I have 400mins international calling add-on, but I can't call China. For example, I dial a cell# (xxxxxxxxxxxx) in China as xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, the phone only ring the first time, then is dead silence, then disconnected. Anyone know why?

I had 400mins as-on, I tried UK phone is working but not China 😞

Is you addons on your account ? Or maby just in the summary order ?

I tried without 011 exit code, not working, I also tried lanldline, still not working

Is your problem with all cell numbers?  What about landline numbers?

I did put all exit code country code area code and phone, when u dial cellphone number in China, u don't need area code

Make sure when calling China 

o call China from Canada, dial: 011 - 86 - Area Code - Land Phone Number 011 - 86 - 11 Digit Mobile Number

1. 011 - Exit code for Canada, and is needed for making any international callfrom Canada.
2. 86 - ISD Code or Country Code of China.
3. Area code - There are 346 area codes in China.

International countries include: Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Italy, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Spain, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States, and Venezuela.
