What is the weakness of Canada wide in compared to Province-wide? They are the same price and include other same content!

My choice would be the Canada wide coverage. It includes the provincial coverage plus any calls outside the province. You may not use the Canada wide coverage all the time or in fact most of the time, but it would be nice to know that you can use it, and it's already part of your plan. Again the choice is yours

For Canada-wide, you can call all over Canada for free, regardless where you originate call in Canada.
For Province-wide, you can only call within the Province you are physically in for free. All calling OUTSIDE of the Province you're in requires a long-distance add-on.
Canada-wide calling is superior and folks should get in on it ASAP.

The province wide plan only allows you to call to numbers within the province you are in, while the Canada wide plan allows calls to numbers Canada wide, currently the Canada wide plans are under the original price they were before the new 5$ price increase they are about to have, however if you get them now your locked in for that "promotional" rate, which really is the original pricing they had before Telus (public mobile's parent company) decided to split the plans into tiered plans confusing everyone, so in short the Canada wide plans were the original plans offered here before all of this took place.
