I am trying to set up, and so far there is no option for esim and it won’t accept my province even though all my information is in bc.. thanks

@JessET1 maybe you are not getting the eSIM option because your phone is not compatible? You can try reaching out to a support agent to confirm if eSIM will work on your device and regarding the province selection.
You will need to open a ticket through the Chatbot:

@JessET1 Just to add when you first open the app for sign up you have to choose the correct province should be top right of screen in the app along with allowing location permission on
