PM said that the offer for that $ 40 plan should be available to everyone, during their activation.

Just make sure that they choose the $40 plan with the 15 GB of data, and not the one with only 5GB.

If you're friends can't see that promotion during their activation, then tell them to use the Live Chat to ask a PM customer service agent, why not.

I think the only place to see the referral code is in the account.

Just tell them through word of mouth and text them your code. Easy 👍
