I need to reset my 4 digit pin number as soon as possible

please assist

@Yummy   Unmoderated items are posted moved  by automatic filter, not by Oracle or CS Agent.

 

Sometimes when PM filter sensed something in the post that it thinks it  looks like spam or so, it will automatically move the post there.  Once the post in there, there is no way to move the post back. 

 

However, the filter could make mistakes and moved legitimate posts into the unmoderated box.  A common issue is when the post contacts 3G/LTE band info, the filter would somehow think it is spam and will move the post to unmoderated items

This is interesting link! How do you access or navigate it from main Community screen?

So if I see my post there does it mean it was 'deleted' by Oracle(s) as inappropriate or redundant?

Let's just say there's been a bit of a soap opera going on with a particular user, and their many attempts to utilize various users and methods to increase their perceived 'value' to Public Mobile's reward system.   

 

It's gotten a lot of the 'regulars' attention since this member doesn't seem to want to conform to certain beliefs and standards.    

 

I could write more, but it's not worth elaborating.

@softech took the helm after I retired for awhile  🤣🤣and he or she is doing a fantastic job!!!. Has assisted many, is always helpful and patient.

     they were FALSE claims.

 

I put in my heart to help others and make customized scrrenshots and hope they can understand,  those screenshots, even you and your other accounts are "using" now

@22022 Automatic spam filter could have blocked your post. (I did see your post after I submitted mine) it's likely the automatic spam filter that blocks and deleted it. 

 

There is a link floating around on the forums to see your messages that system blocked n deleted. Sorry I don't have time to look for it but I'm sure someone will. It's a link for unmoderated messages.

@22022 understand the system before you suspect people working for PM like what S--S always did.
