Hi there,
I've been locked out of my account. Im trying to make a payment and I dont knoq my 4 digit pin. Please help!!!

Look thru your 611 text messages for your account pin #. Sometimes users use it for their voicemail. If that's the case you should change your voicemail pin #.

You can try again after one hour to reset your password to self service account.

You would have chosen your PIN yourself when you first activated account. PM would also have texted you the PIN. Maybe check your old text messages.
If that does not work, then you will need to contact moderator to get your password and PIN reset. Click on chat icon on right lower corner of website. Type: unable to login. Follow prompts to submit ticket for moderator help. Typical wait times for response is several hours.
